Tangible change using practical tools

This zoom series is fully donation-based.

Each week, we will meet on zoom and discuss different concepts in Buddhist philosophy as they relate to deepening our meditative practice, as well as navigating a world seemingly filled with chaos. We will discuss and work through some of the expected challenges that we face when attempting to deepen our practice. Supportive readings and exercises will be available.

At the end of each zoom session, we will transition into a group guided meditation where we can join together and connect in the practice.

The series is designed to be accessible for beginners yet still informative and expansive for those with some understanding of Buddhist principles. I will share an accessible framework that can help one find resolution to some of their deepest personal strife through relation to the core principles of mind, thought & body.

The Power of Intentional Presence.

In this format, we'll meet in person and discuss personal challenges, issues, desires and goals as they relate to finding deeper peace within ourselves. This service is provided at the lowest cost possible.

This can be thought of as an alternative to traditional psychotherapy. While it does NOT exist within the western clinical framework which responds to various labeled and diagnosable mental health conditions, I find that this line of work which aims to address and remove of the 'root' of all of our suffering to be of irreplaceable benefit.
